Bastien Gonzalez, together with his team, selects members of the hotel’s spa team to be trained to become future “by Bastien” talented therapists.

BGA Corp assists with the implementing of treatment protocols, SOPs, and organises an on-site training over several weeks in order to guarantee the quality of service. Each of the trained therapists are given access to an e-Learning platform to support their progression. The company also organises site inspections on an annual basis to help improve the operation and drive revenue with targeted marketing strategies.
